Fieldhelp helps you route support requests to your email through a form on your knowledge base. To get started, all you need to do is add an email address you want your support requests to go to.
Click the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner and select your team from the dropdown. This link will take you to your account settings page. Add the email address you'd like to send your support requests to, and voila, we'll take care of the rest. 👨🎨
To know it's working, when you visit your knowledge base, you should see the "Contact us" link in the menu of your page.
